Total Nigeria is looking for young graduates who are motivated and passionate with excellent academic achievement in the fields of Engineering, Marketing and Finance to join more than 500 Young Graduate in Total Young Graduate Programme.
The Young Graduate Program is an 18-month program which commences with 6 months – 9-month program in Total Nigeria. The successful candidate at this stage will proceed for a 12 months programme in any Total Affiliate.
Eligibility:
Must not be more than 25 years of age.
Recent graduate with post-graduate work experience of not more than 2 years.
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2nd Class Upper
Must be geographically mobile.
He/she should possess leadership skills and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
He/she should be able to work in a team, be self-driven, result-oriented, innovative and willing to learn.
Must have a good command of English.

THE GIZ-SAIS INVESTMENT READINESS PROGRAMME FOR ENTREPRENEURS
Have you successfully developed innovative digital solutions for the agricultural and food sector with a positive impact on income generation?
Are you still looking for company development support to scale your business and increase your impact?
The GIZ-SAIS Investment Readiness Programme provides tailor-made company development measures aimed at improving your investment readiness and gaining access to investment and business opportunities. Their goal is to scale digital innovations developed by African start-ups that enable their users in the agricultural or food sector to increase their income.
Benefits:
A six-month Investment Readiness programme fully funded by GIZ-SAIS beginning in December 2019.
Access to additional service providers to optimize certain segments of your venture (e.g. legal, cash flow, marketing, coding etc.).
A Three in-person meet-ups complete the Programme: a kick-off workshop in Nairobi, Kenya, on December 2019, followed by a mid-term check-in in the third or fourth month and a link-up event with investors and business partners will conclude the programme.
Throughout the programme, the GIZ-SAIS team will facilitate contacts and interactions with potential investors and business partners using The Global Investor Cloud Services. Further follow-up growth measures in close dialogue with committed investors and business partners are planned for those start-ups that complete the Investment Readiness Programme

is a start-up registered in Africa, a for-profit business with a team of at least two people?
is offering scalable digital solutions with a clear positive impact on income in the agricultural and/or food sector (e.g. through savings, business opportunities, added value, etc.),
and is in the post-seed stage (i.e. have launched a minimum viable product, have an existing customer base, have evidence of revenue).

The Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a two-year full-time consulting program that develops exceptional young local African talent into real leaders. This is an internship open only to Nigerians doing their mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).

Outstanding record of academic achievement
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language
